Columbus Property Collective LLC is a collective of property owners working together to deliver something better: rental housing that’s fair, reliable, and rooted in community values.
We believe that tenants deserve more than just a place to live—they deserve to feel heard, respected, and supported in their homes. That’s why we’ve created a new kind of rental experience that combines local ownership with professional, full-service management.
Our Story
We started this co-op because we saw how often tenants were underserved by traditional property management. Whether it was slow repairs, poor communication, or layers of surprise fees, we knew there had to be a better way—one that worked better for both tenants and property owners.
So we built it—together.
Columbus Property Collective LLC was formed by a group of local owners who wanted to raise the standard. Instead of each owner hiring a different property manager—or struggling to manage things on their own—we came together to share resources and create a unified, high-quality experience for tenants.
We hire a full-time property manager who handles day-to-day operations and tenant needs with care and consistency. We use top-tier management software to make things easy, accessible, and transparent. And we hold ourselves accountable to the communities where our tenants live.
Our Mission:
To offer high-quality rental homes that support both the residents who live in them and the neighborhoods we serve.
